Happy New Year everyone! I hope that you enjoyed the festive season and that you’re excited for what 2015 will bring 🙂

We spent Christmas with my extended family this year. It was extra special because it was also baby C’s first Christmas. She had a great time playing with her baby cousins and cuddling her Aunts, Uncles, and grand parents. What a lucky little girl!

We usually celebrate Christmas Eve at my Aunt’s house with our extremely large extended family. Since Christmas is her favourite time of year, she goes all out. As an avid traveler, she has collected many interesting pieces around the world. This year, she even picked up a few decorations from Lapland, the home of Santa Claus! Her house looks like Santa’s workshop, complete with a 12 ft tree, large reindeer, carollers and other exquisite items that could rival decorations found in European Christmas markets and large department stores! Here are some of my favourites. What are yours?
